Body Wisdom for Women is a practical guide to understanding how the structure of a woman’s body naturally functions, a piece of wisdom that every woman should know. And importantly, how to achieve that in a daily life in a too busy world.

~ Desire to return to movement and exercise, but find themselves frequently injured, dealing with discomfort, or experiencing pelvic floor issues when they do.
~ Would like to actually exit the post-natal phase…because even a decade plus after birth they are still wrangling post-natal challenges.
~Women of all ages who experience pelvic floor concerns (leaking, prolapse, pain), chronic tension and pain patterns in daily life.
~Want more body freedom and would like to be physically more capable and be able to do that class, gym, beach walk or even climb that mountain.
WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
This is not pilates or yoga or your traditional exercise course…..this is a step even before that…the fundamental infrastructure of how the human frame works….specifically for women.
What if your body was not meant to fade or weaken with time? The body wasn’t designed to simply wear down. Instead, the body is filled with brilliant design mechanisms that support a life of vitality, strength and feeling alive in your body.
We know that movement & exercise are part of health, however, most people over look the essentials……breath, core, posture and love….and that is where this body of work (pun intended) comes in.
WE WILL FOCUS ON THE ESSENTIALS

BREATH
Breath – Breathing is the primary movement of life. Restoring the breath to its full capacity and natural patterns naturally realigns and supports the whole body.

POSTURE
Posture – Cultivate ease and awareness in everyday movements, from standing to walking. Walking is the gold standard of movement for the human frame, walking well and often sets a foundation for good health.

CORE
Core – Connect with the fundamental movement patterns of your core, that provide the infrastructure to build strength from the inside out.

LOVE
The secret ingredient to a woman’s health is love. For women to genuinely care for themselves, invest time in self-care, and exercise they must embrace the value in who they are and the wisdom their body’s hold.
You are designed for feeling good in your body, for health & laughing (without wetting yourself) and so is this course.

THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE PURCHASE
This is a self directed course and as such there is not individual, case by case advise, I do that in my practice …. you can book that here.
This is not a quick fix, this work will take anywhere from 6 months to 2 yrs plus to complete, be prepared to do some work, learn and allocate time to care for your body & of course you have no time limit on access.
Be aware and self-responsible, this is for most women, however, if you have severe or unique conditions …..this may not be for you, you are responsible for caring for yourself and discerning what is and isn’t ok for your body.
Results are proportionate to action taken.
